As co-founder and CEO of Status Pro with over 20 years' experience, Keith McMaster is no stranger to the civil process service industry. Growing a civil process business from a small family startup to a major player in the national civil process service industry, Keith learned what it takes to succeed in a difficult industry. His personal business has been a game changer in the industry, building incredibly efficient workflows, developing mobile process server applications, creating Electronic Data Interfaces (EDI) with clients, and by becoming one of the first national companies to obtain a SOC 1 certification. Keith continues to be involved with Status Pro’s operations and always has a pulse on what’s going on in the process serving industry.

Adam relentlessly strategizes and implements his tactical vision to increase reliability and expand performance by spearheading the newest technology trends that are most appropriate for an organization’s use. With expertise in planning, developing, and implementing information technology solutions, he has maximized capital expense Return on Investment (ROI) and made significant technological improvements within the organizations he helps run.

 

Adam brings to the table 16 years in IT and previous experience developing software for the Illinois State Police and Firefly Legal, a civil process service company. Adam is experienced in full stack development and has been developing case management systems since he first started in IT. 

 

As an executive professional in the civil process service industry, Matt oversees and directs all operations for both a multi-state civil process service company and a civil process software. Responsible for all strategic and operational goals and objectives, he strives to make sure that business decisions are smart, well thought out, and for the good of the company.

During his time in operations, Matt has made significant expense reductions across the board, resulting in over 1.5 million dollars in savings. He has also managed business relationships, key management personnel, and company growth.

Highly personable, dedicated, and professional, Jennifer is proud to represent Status Pro as a client liaison. As an integral member of the organization from the ground up, she has worked with other members of the executive team in order to build Status Pro into an incredibly successful company.
